Alberto Seveso was born in Milan, Italy and grew up on Sardinia Island, the second largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. In the early 1990s, he became fascinated by skate decks and metal band album covers, and this ignited his passion for the graphic arts.
Growing up, Seveso always had a computer in his home—starting with the Commodore Vic20—and he began to consider how he could merge technology with graphics. Could a computer be used to make art and not only for play? The artist’s wide body of work—from CD covers to magazine covers—answers this question. Seveso currently lives and works in Bristol, UK.
